Clinical Service Contract; paid competitive day rate by e-transfer; no billing, no overhead; may be eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement remuneration (Retention Premium 6.93%, Retention Flat Fee $10,740)

Fee-for-Service; ward weeks remunerated via APP (service contract) at a competitive hourly rate; call shifts remunerated fee-for-service + MOCAP

Clinical Service Contract; $198/hr; 1 hour paid indirect care for every 6 hours of direct care (additional 1 hour/day if covering inbox — total 2 hours paid indirect care per 6 hours of direct care).
