The site clinic is seeking a full-time family physician to join their cohesive team of dedicated physicians at the Lakes District Hospital & Health Centre. Participation in the Emergency rota is essential, with a group of 5-7 sharing call. RTVS are in place for added ED support. Services are augmented with visiting specialists. Obstetric services are not provided in this community, with deliveries accommodated in nearby Vanderhoof or Prince George.

The Hospital is a 15 bed facility that opened in 2015. It sees an average of 12,000 ER visits per year. The hospital houses 13 acute care beds, 1 isolation room, 1 palliative care room, emergency services, diagnostic imaging and laboratory, as well as a primary care home with three full time physicians.
