We are urgently seeking a Family Health Organization (FHO) Locum to cover one of our core FHO physicians who is currently on unexpected sick leave.

📍 Location: Scarborough

• Extremely high patient volume – ideal for a motivated physician who thrives in a busy clinical environment
• Supportive staff, efficient EMR, and excellent administrative systems in place
• Mix of in-person and virtual visits possible

This is a high-demand opportunity in a thriving FHO where your presence will make an immediate impact on continuity of care for a large, attached roster of patients.

🔹 Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in Ontario (CPSO Independent License)
• Registered with the FHO (or eligible for FHO locum coverage)
• Comfortable seeing a high number of patients per day
• EMR proficiency preferred (Accuro / QHR)
