Job Description
Endocrinologist
- Manage diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and endocrine contributors to dyslipidemia
- Support obesity-related metabolic management in collaboration with the care team
- Optimize pharmacologic and lifestyle-based endocrine therapies
- Participate in shared care for complex lipid and metabolic cases
Requirements:
- CPSO-licensed Endocrinologist
- Experience in metabolic and cardiometabolic care
- Interest in collaborative, virtual specialty practice
Obesity/Weight management
- Assess and manage obesity and weight-related cardiometabolic risk
- Prescribe and monitor anti-obesity pharmacotherapy as appropriate
- Provide longitudinal weight management follow-up
- Collaborate with lipid, endocrine, pharmacy, and nutrition teams
Requirements:
- CPSO-licensed physician with obesity medicine experience or certification
- Comfort with virtual care and lifestyle-focused treatment models
- Interest in long-term cardiometabolic risk reduction
