Job Description
We are looking for a family physician to join our FHO at HealthSource Medical Clinic!
We have a great, supportive practice with 6 physicians and experienced support staff in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood (Dupont St/Bathurst St). Some more details about the practice (www.hsmedical.ca):
- A roster of about 950 patients (from a Doc who relocated) with room to increase if desired via active waiting list
- A great mix of full spectrum care, including many women’s health and young familes.
- Collegial support and a Physician Assistant to help with inbox, patient care, paps, etc.
- Oscar Pro EMR, Ocean patient booking and messaging system and PatientServ 3rd party billing platform.
- Free FHO position with blended capitation model, physician owned with supportive and friendly staff
- Competitive remuneration (negotiable)
