Huron Health System- Alexandra Marine & General Hospital, Goderich, Southwestern Ontario, is recruiting for a full-time obstetrician gynecologist.

AMGH provides comprehensive services to obstetrical patients in Huron County. We provide care for women throughout their obstetrical journey, including Antenatal care, Intrapartum care, Postpartum care, newborn care, and prenatal clinics.

The AMGH Obstetrical Team, led by our full-time obstetrician/gynecologist, Dr. Julie Moore, includes Huron County Midwives, several family physicians, a Nurse Practitioner & highly skilled nurses.

Goderich, located on the sandy shoreline of Lake Huron is a beautiful community surrounded by rich farmland. Within the region you will find beautiful trails and parks with lots of outdoor activities. We have a great YMCA with a year-round ice surface and a beautiful pool. There are several theatres in the area and lots of unique small rural communities to explore.

Goderich has an airport for local airport travel and the air ambulance. There is easy access to international travel through Pearson Airport in Toronto with a shuttle service that travels several times daily. London, as a closer airport, offers several flights as well. If you want to travel downtown to Toronto, the train from Stratford goes daily.
