Position Overview

We are seeking a Family Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to comprehensive patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is committed to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct physical exams, routine health assessments, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and support staff to deliver integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Prescribe medications and counsel patients on treatment adherence and lifestyle changes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD and CCFP (or equivalent) designation.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Ontario.
• CMPA membership in good standing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., OSCAR, Accuro, Telus PS Suite) preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
