Obstetrician/Gynecologist - Full time - Oakville Hospital Site

Halton Healthcare is currently seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist for our Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH) site. We are looking for a full time Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our program. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate commitment to community obstetrics and gynecology and will share the on-call coverage. Excellent communication and team skills are essential.

The OTMH Site l is a 1.6 million square foot state-of-the-art, modern community hospital. The hospital boasts 11 labour, birth, recovery and postpartum rooms with 2 operative birthing rooms. A Prenatal clinic, including multi disciplinary pregnancy Endocrine clinic, are located on site. There are ~3000 births per year in our Level 2B Maternal Newborn designated unit served by 8 Obstetricians/Gynecologists.

Applicants must have Certification in Obstetrics/Gynecology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and must be licensed in the Province of Ontario. Additional Fellowship training would be considered an asset.
