We are seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT Surgeon) to join our expanding ENT program as we continue to grow our established Midtown Toronto location with opportunities for expansion in Markham and Durham.

Our integrated ambulatory model brings together family physicians, specialists, surgeons, and allied health professionals within a collaborative environment designed to improve access to care, streamline referrals, and enhance the patient experience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Otolaryngologist interested in joining an established and growing ENT service alongside two great existing ENT physicians. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative team with an existing referral base, established workflows, and a strong reputation for high-quality outpatient ENT care.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexibility to develop a practice aligned with your clinical interests and availability.

The successful candidate will have access to:

Established ENT Program

Unlike many community opportunities where physicians are expected to build a practice from the ground up, Unify Health offers an existing ENT platform with significant referral volume and infrastructure already in place.

The clinic currently supports thyroid biopsy services and works collaboratively with both hospital and community specialists to ensure patients receive timely access to diagnostic testing, procedures, and surgical care when required.
