Leadership role component will be compensated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta guidelines.
Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training, and experience.
• Annual Compensation is based on the contracted 210 Service days.
• Note: The Oncologists are eligible for Additional Workload Compensation during the position’s vacancies in Cancer Care Alberta.
Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides recruitment support that may include the following conditional on leadership approval:
1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America.
2. CCA Sponsorship Support if required.
3. Immigration consultation (3rd party work permit application visa support) if required.
4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.
