The Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology at Markham Stouffville Hospital and one of our staff Otolaryngologist are currently seeking a locum Otolaryngologist starting approximately November 2025 - flexible start date. This is a temporary position with a minimum commitment of 6 months, with the possibility of an extended term up to 12 months.

Position Details:

• Clinic: Access to a fully equipped outpatient office with experienced MOA support
• OR Time: 4 OR days per month
• Ambulatory Clinics: 2 hours of Outpatient Surgical (OPS) procedural clinic per month
• Call Coverage:
• Weekday day call: 1 in 5
• Overnight/weekend call: 1 in 18

Requirements:

• License to practice independently in Ontario from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO);
• Otolaryngology certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent
