Part-time locum opportunity in FHO/FHT Group Practice

A physician part of a 7-physician group practice on the West Hamilton Mountain is looking to secure a long-term locum for Wednesday mornings. The successful candidate can expect to work from 9:00-1:00PM starting in July 2025.

Part of the Hamilton Family Health Team, this 7-physician group practice is part of a 23 physician FHO, and the locum physician will be helping to provide care for a roster of approximately 1,500 patients.

The office is equipped with Telus PS Suite EMR and receives extensive support from several allied health professionals including nursing support, mental health counsellors, a pharmacist, registered dietitian, and psychiatrist. The practice is also supported by experienced administrative staff who handle all office management, reception, booking and billing duties.

The practice is conveniently located just minutes away from the Lincoln Alexander Parkway and Hwy 403 in a location that offers free parking and 2 exam rooms for each physician plus a private office/charting area and a room for Nursing staff.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive daily rate as well as most shadow billings and form fees.
