A family physician in Stoney Creek is looking for a locum to support his practice for two days/week for the next six months. The successful candidate can expect to work Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00-2:00PM.

Working within a shared space with another family physician, the locum will be supporting a roster of 1,800 patients, seeing 4 patients per hour. As a member of the Hamilton Family Health Team the practice receives support from an in-office Mental Health Counsellor, Clinical Pharmacist and Registered Dietitian. Each physician has their own nurse, and four administrative staff are shared between the two physicians.

The practice uses PS Telus Suite EMR, Ocean eReferrals, Ocean emails and Online Booking.

The candidate can expect a competitive daily rate as well as shadow billings for this work.
