Alberta Health Services, South Zone is currently seeking a full-time Physiatrist for the Chinook Regional Hospital (CRH)

• Establish and maintain a full-time, full scope Physiatry practice in the community of Lethbridge;
• Provide inpatient and community consultations, including:
  • shared call coverage for the Post-Acute Rehabilitation Unit at the St Michael's Health Centre 
• Obtain and maintain an AHS Medical Staff Appointment and appropriate privileges to provide the Services;
• Abide by the AHS Medical Staff Bylaws, the AHS Medical Staff Rules and AHS policies;
• Work collaboratively within the clinical department of Senior's Health at CRH;
• Reside in and have as primary residence the community or surrounding catchment area of Lethbridge; 
• Participate in quality improvement programs and initiatives.

• Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Must have or be eligible for independent practitioner registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
• Stroke follow-up and rehabilitation an asset
