East Wellington Family Health Team (FHT) offers an interdisciplinary team-based care environment. Our clinical team consists of nurses, dietitians, and mental health therapists. We have integrated services with an occupational therapist, addictions counsellor and home care resources. All of our services are provided by dedicated admin and billing staff. East Wellington FHT offers a full range of family practice services to our 13,000 patients, at all stages along the life continuum.

We are looking for a physician who wants to provide care for up to 1300 patient roster at the Erin clinic. This is an established practice of an exiting physician.

East Wellington Family Health Team (FHT) is a blended salary model. As a salaried, non-fee-for-service physician, you are not responsible for clinic overhead or administrative operations. We offer a competitive compensation package for the physician who wants to focus only on providing the best quality of care. This position comes with extended health care benefits, four (4) weeks paid vacation and five (5) paid CME days, in addition to an RRSP employer contribution program. This package is prorated to your FTE status.
