Calian is seeking a primary care physician for a contract opportunity at the CFB Petawawa base medical clinic. 

As an essential member of the Primary Care Team, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to military members surrounding health promotion, treatment and prevention of diseases and injuries, diagnosis, occupational health, rehabilitation and support services. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive health assessments, education and treatment for members pre and post deployment.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Currently licensed for independent practice and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

• Certification in Family Medicine with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Canadian Forces Basic Aviation Medicine or Basic Dive Medicine Certification will be considered an asset.
