Family Practice: Paid through the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model; Emergency shifts: compensated under the Alternative Payments Subsidiary Agreement (APSA); May be eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives including 18.9% retention premium and $29,290 retention flat fee.

Fee-for-Service / LFP; estimated range $300,000–$600,000 depending on clinic hours and addition of ER shifts; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement incentives (Retention Premium 4.94%, Retention Flat Fee $7,648).
