Job Description

Mississauga Walk in Clinic & Family Practice is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

With numerous family physicians on site and in the immediate area referring directly, you will be busy from day one. The clinic serves a diverse patient population with a broad range of mental health needs. This is a hybrid role — patients can be seen both virtually and on site.

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing management
Diagnose and treat mood, anxiety, psychotic, and other mental health disorders
Medication management and follow-up care
Collaborate closely with family physicians and other specialists
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Ideal Candidate

CPSO eligible (Independent or Provisional)
Comfortable working in a collaborative, referral-based setting
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
Open to full-time or part-time schedule

Supervision is available if required.
