The average gross income of an Orthopedic Surgeon in Alberta is $491,108. Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee for-service model and may include additional program stipends.

Alternative Payment Arrangement; compensation competitive with other hospitalist contracts on Vancouver Island and in British Columbia; relocation benefits may be available for part-time and full-time positions; CME: $2,200/annum (years 3–4) and $4,400/annum (after 4 years).}

Salaried physician position; comprehensive benefits package including municipal pension plan, psychological health & safety supports; annual statutory holidays (13) and vacation accrual.

Clinical Service Contract; travel and accommodation funding available for locum shifts; two fully paid training shifts

Fee-for-Service; overhead approximately $4,500-$7,000 per month

Fee-for-Service; overhead ranging from $4,500-$7,000 per month

Alternative Payment Arrangement; may be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA)
