Fee-For-Service Split

Fee-for-service income (approximately $400,000 to $600,000). A daily minimum income guarantee is included. No benefits available at this time.

Fee-for-Service — Competitive split: 70/30; TPM overhead: 10%; high earning potential due to strong patient volumes.

100% of billings for the first 14 days (two weeks); 75% of billings thereafter; 100% for all private fees (doctor’s notes, form fees, driver’s medicals, uninsured visits, etc.); payment options: next business day or twice monthly.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
