Blended payment model — Fee for Service, in-house obstetrics stipend, maternal fetal unit stipend.

$625,110.00 (annual; listed as both minimum and maximum). Method of payment: Contract. Candidate may be eligible for Specialist Recruitment and Retention Incentive ($30,000) and the SMA Retention Fund ($7,000–$14,000/year).

The annual compensation will be calculated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician compensation grid for Radiation Oncologists ranging from Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Leadership role component will be compensated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta guidelines. Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training, and experience. • Annual Compensation is based on the contracted 210 Service days. • Note: The Oncologists are eligible for Additional Workload Compensation during the position’s vacancies in Cancer Care Alberta. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides recruitment support that may include the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. CCA Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration consultation (3rd party work permit application visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Combination payment; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives — Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (full-time); Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000; Fee/Retention Premium 7.98%; Annual flat fee $12,366.72; Rural CME funding starting at $2,200/year (years 3–4) up to $4,400/year after 4 years.

Fee-for-Service; 70/30 overhead split for regular MSP billings; 60/40 split on nurse billings and 60/40 split on allied health professional billings; moving/relocation allowance available.
