Our brand-new urgent care clinic is seeking a Physician (MD) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for providers who value flexibility, work–life balance, and a low-burnout clinical environment, without sacrificing competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans for acute and urgent conditions.
• Provide acute care management for diverse patient demographics, from infants to the elderly.
• Order and interpret necessary laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with other medical practitioners and ensure seamless patient care transitions when necessary.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, acting as a patient advocate. 

Compensation & Schedule

• Guaranteed $160 per hour pay. 
• Flexible shift options available, including weekdays and evening shifts.
• Clinic hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. 
• Evening shift on Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM 

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) and family medicine residency from a recognized university.
• CCFP certification.
• Active registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology commonly used in Ontario’s primary care setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
