Our brand-new urgent care clinic is seeking a Physician (MD) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for providers who value flexibility, work–life balance, and a low-burnout clinical environment, without sacrificing competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans for acute and urgent conditions.
- Provide acute care management for diverse patient demographics, from infants to the elderly.
- Order and interpret necessary laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with other medical practitioners and ensure seamless patient care transitions when necessary.
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, acting as a patient advocate.
Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed $160 per hour pay.
- Flexible shift options available, including weekdays and evening shifts.
- Clinic hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Evening shift on Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD) and family medicine residency from a recognized university.
- CCFP certification.
- Active registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology commonly used in Ontario’s primary care setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
