Flexible Care Model: Primary focus on walk-in and unscheduled care, with a seamless option to build and add a rostered family practice. No Mandatory Panel: Practice on your terms without the pressure of compulsory panel sizes. 

Practice Group Options: 

Opportunity to join a FHO (Family Health Organization) or FHG (Family Health Group).

Requirements

Medical degree and current license to practice family medicine in Ontario. CPSO registration in good standing. Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP).
