Forest City Pharma is currently looking for a caring and committed Walk-In Clinic Physician to become part of our growing team. Our modern facility features four fully equipped exam rooms and a welcoming environment designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care services to walk-in patients across all age groups
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and minor injuries
• Provide preventative care, including routine physicals, immunizations, and health screenings
• Accurately document patient information and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with the clinic's medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license in the state of Ontario.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
