Fee-for-Service; eligible for Rural Subsidy agreement: Fee Premium 6.09%; Annual Flat Fee $9,437.76; Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (pro-rated for FTE); Relocation costs up to $15,000 (maximum); Rural CME $3,000 (3–4 years) or $6,000 (>4 years).

Combination

Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. Interested applicants are invited to submit a letter of interest outlining relevant experience, a curriculum vitae (CV), and the names and contact information for three (3) professional references.

Remuneration is based on CMO Policy 01-01.

Daily rate of $2,417.00; SHA will cover flights, car rental and temporary accommodations. Eligible for any on-call retainer consistent with the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program.

Contract (fee-for-service). Listed potential salary: $702,972.00 (min/max). Recruitment incentive: Targeted Surgical Specialty Recruitment and Retention Incentive — $200,000 over 5 years (paid in instalments subject to eligibility).

Contracted rate $3,200; fee-for-service and contract options available. SHA will cover travel and accommodation expenses.

Independent full-time, fee-for-service (contract) position. Eligible for on‑call retainer under the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program. Targeted Surgical Specialty Recruitment and Retention Incentive: $200,000 over five years for Urology/ENT (Year 1: $40,000; Year 2: $40,000; Year 3: $20,000; Year 4: $50,000; Year 5: $50,000) with eligibility requirements (full-time in Regina, new to practice in Saskatchewan, ≥220 days service, etc.).

0.75 FTE; Contract appointment. Eligible for Emergency Medicine Recruitment and Retention Incentive of up to $200,000; Emergency Medicine residents bursaries $30,000.

Fee-for-Service billing; those participating in call are reimbursed through the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program (call reimbursement) and also bill fee-for-service for work completed.

Payment model options include fee-for-service or contract (SHA - Regina Area); on-call premium provided for on-call availability; call coverage shared 1 in 6.

Daily rate of $2,900.00 plus the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program on-call stipend; SHA covers flights, car rental, temporary accommodations and provincial licensing.
