Fee-For-Service Split

Contract – 4-step primary health care compensation grid for 220 (1.0 FTE) clinic days per year (including weekends and statutory holidays). Candidate may be eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program (up to $200,000 over five years) and SMA Retention Fund ($3,500–$7,000).

An excellent remuneration package including relocation assistance is provided. Starting remuneration is commensurate with the level of fellowship training and experience. Remuneration range for a Pathologist in Alberta is $364,597.00 to $424,123.00. Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee-for-service model and may include additional program stipends. The average gross income of a Cardiologist in Alberta is $600,000 to $900,000. Total compensation for fee-for-service billings vary by individual practitioner, and the compensation shown reflects the average range of wages for this specialty as reported by Alberta Health.

Remuneration is on a fee-for-service basis and is competitive with other North American jurisdictions.
