$150,000/= to $250,000/= Note: Overhead structure will be discussed with the candidates who are interviewed.

Fee-for-Service; negotiable payment model (favourable to incoming physician's preference)

Daily guaranteed rate of $2,610.24; Saskatchewan Health Authority will cover flights, car rental and temporary accommodation.

Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model or Fee-for-Service (FFS); estimated annual income $250,000–$400,000 (depending on FTE and schedule); typical clinic overhead ~25–30% (to be confirmed); eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement incentives (Rural Retention Premium, Retention Flat Fee, Recruitment Incentive), Rural CME (up to $4,840/year, prorated), hospital coverage stipends, and possible relocation support.
