Clinical Service Contract; Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3–4, increasing to a maximum of $4,400/annum after 4 years.

Fee-for-Service; opportunity to practice under BC's Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) payment model; negotiable remuneration split; estimated first-year gross billings approximately $300,000–$450,000+ annually (depending on schedule and patient volume).

BC Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model in clinic; LFP + 20.02% Rural Retention; Emergency on-call paid under APP + 20.02% Rural Retention; possible limited travel and accommodation support; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement retention premium/other RSA remuneration.

Alternative Payment Arrangement; may be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA)
