Contracted (4-step primary health care compensation grid for a 1.0 FTE, inclusive of 220 clinic days/year, ER and on-call). Salary range: $391,237.00 – $452,949.00.

Fee-for-Service; eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including a 14% Retention Premium and Retention Flat Fee $21,696

Fee-for-service; Sessional payment for AMS activities; MOCAP payment for on-call coverage.

Clinical Service Contract; eligible for additional remuneration per the Rural Practice Subsidiary Agreement (RSA): recruitment incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated by FTE); relocation up to $15,000; flat fee $6,508.80; fee premium 4.20%; CME $2,200/year (years 3–4) and $4,400/year (after 4 years).
