Fee-for-Service; eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including an 8.40% retention premium.

Fee-for-Service; eligible for Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including recruitment incentive up to $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE), relocation up to $15,000, fee premium 6.93%, annual flat fee $10,739.52, CME payments of $3,000 in years 3 and 4 and $6,000 after 4 years.

Clinical Service Contract; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) remuneration: Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (full-time); Relocation costs reimbursement up to $15,000; Fee Premium / Retention Premium 4.20%; Annual Flat Fee $6,508.80; Rural CME starting at $2,200/year (years 3–4) to a maximum of $4,400/year after 4 years.
