2-Week Locum Opportunity in a FHO/FHT Solo Practice
Posting #50-057-25
A solo physician with a practice in Dundas, Ontario, is looking for a locum to support his practice for 4 half-days per week, July 13-24, 2026. The locum can expect to work Monday-Thursday 1:00-5:00PM, and with a roster of 1,200 patients, can expect to see 12-15 patients per day in 15-minute intervals with no double bookings.
This well-established practice is supported by a full-time receptionist, an office manager, as well as a full-time RN. Affiliated to the Hamilton FHT, the practice is also supported by a Mental Health Counsellor, Registered Dietitian, Pharmacist, and Psychiatrist. The team uses Telus PS EMR for patient records and Ocean for eReferrals.
The practice has 3 exam rooms, and the locum will also have access to a private office. Parking options include free street parking or paid parking at a nearby parking lot. The building is home to several other physicians, has a pharmacy on-site, and a lab nearby.
The successful candidate can expect to receive a daily stipend for their work.
