Qualifications:

Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA

Willing to participate in CPSA's PRA process. 
Fulfilled CPSA' Eligibility Requirements for the registration with CPSA. 
Physicians trained in the USA, UK, Ireland, or Australia can also apply.
