The Opportunity
Our Plastic Surgery team is seeking to expand our group and is offering a locum opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
This collegial team of plastic surgeons values collaboration, professional development, and continued program growth. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive plastic surgery services, with a particular focus on reconstructive breast surgery. This includes both immediate and delayed reconstruction. The position includes dedicated weekly main operating room time as well as access to a minor procedure clinic (up to one day per week). The ideal candidate will have an interest in leading the development of a more formalized breast reconstruction program, working collaboratively with a supportive and active group of general surgeons. Additional institutional resources may be available to support this growth. This is a community-based role within a large regional hospital, with no formal teaching or research obligations. PRHC offers a welcoming, collegial environment with experienced and supportive OR staff and a strong community hospital culture.
