***-***-**** (🔒 Premium)" paraeid="{56feacc0-c435-466e-afd4-8b393f8b4dd1}{196}">This 0.50 FTE position governed by the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules, reports to the Associate Corridor Department Lead (ACML), Surgical Waitlists and Clinical Departments: Surgery, Anesthesiology, and Women's Health.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that standards of care are being met in the department and that support for research and teaching is available. 

This position provides input into developing policies and criteria for procedures related to Anesthesiology and reviewing and recommending privileges for Anesthesiology physicians working within the corridor.  The CCDL, Anesthesiology is the physician responsible for all physicians within the Department of Anesthesiology and will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of practice in the department.  The successful candidate will represent Anesthesiology on the Zone Medical Administrative Committee.  They will collaborate closely with the Operational Lead (Executive Director) in developing operational priorities for Anesthesiology.
