  • Supervise the clinical work of all Corridor Clinical Section members;
  • Assist in the development of AHS-wide criteria for procedures new to AHS;
  • Promote educational programs for Corridor Clinical Section members and other staff associated with the Corridor Clinical Section;
  • Develop and promote departmental research activities;
  • Ensure that Corridor Clinical Department policies regarding quality of Patient care and safety are developed and implemented;
  • Perform Triggered Initial Assessments and Triggered Reviews as delegated by the Corridor Clinical Department Lead;
  • Assist the Corridor Clinical Department Lead in performing Periodic Reviews & Performance Assessment for members of the Corridor Clinical Section;
  • Act as a designate for the Corridor Clinical Department Lead for those duties assigned to the Corridor Clinical Department Head or designate by the Bylaws or Rules;

  • Work collaboratively with Corridor Medical Affairs to develop and maintain a physician workforce plan for the Department;
  • Perform other duties that may be delegated by the Corridor Clinical Department Lead
