Family Physician Opportunity – FHO/Fee-for-Service | LMIA Available
Location: London, Ontario
Practice Type: Doctor-Owned & Managed | Strong Administrative Support
We are a physician-led, fully supported family practice in London, Ontario, currently seeking two full-time Family Physicians to join our growing team. This is a Fee-for-Service /FHO position. LMIA support is available for eligible candidates.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Conduct routine physical exams and assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications
- Order and interpret lab and diagnostic investigations
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans
- Promote preventive care and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
Work Schedule:
- Full-time: Minimum 30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
Qualifications:
- MD from a recognized medical school
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP or equivalent)
- Active license or eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outpatient clinics, home care, or EMR systems is an asset
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
