Job Description

WELL Health – Kerrisdale Clinic puts patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Located in one of Vancouver’s most desirable neighbourhoods, our clinic sits in the heart of the Kerrisdale community, beautifully situated close to Arbutus Greenway with heavy foot traffic. With proximity to the airport, UBC’s main campus, golf courses, elite schools, and bike trails, you can rest assured there are plenty of activities to support your lifestyle. The Kerrisdale clinic is in a neighborhood perfect for raising a family, it is only a 20-minute drive or bike ride from Downtown Vancouver or Richmond Central.

Our Kerrisdale location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position will also have a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Financials:
Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – Competitive* Bi-Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN)
*The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details:
- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 15 exam rooms
- Shared office space
- Oscar EMR

Hours:
Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open 7 days per week. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.. *No strict policy around time off

Staff:
Currently, there are 17 full-time and part-time physicians, 3 NPs, nurse, as well as an office manager and MOAs who can all help with the transition process.

Qualifications:
Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
