The Stratford Family Health Team (SFHT) is recruiting Family Physicians to join their group at the Milverton or Stratford locations.

Details Include:

• Opportunity to join a group of 3 physicians and establish a practice at the Milverton site, a small town 25 mins from Stratford
  • This clinic offers a supportive office and flexible opportunity, including part time and LTC, if interested.
• Opportunity to join a group of 14 family physicians at the Stratford site.
  • This is a turn key office space in a new medical building.
  • This is a CaRMS Family Medicine teaching site. Options to be involved in core and/or elective teaching is available through a Faculty Appointment with Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University.
• Both locations are supported by FHT staffing including NPs, RNs, mental health clinicians, dieticians, occupational therapy, psychologist, psychiatrists and administrative staff.
• There is opportunity to participate in Hospitalist and Surgical Assist at Stratford General Hospital. Emergency Medicine opportunities would be available at the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance's four sites including; Clinton Public Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital and Stratford General Hospitals.

• 120+ bed hospital and regional referral centre for Huron & Perth Counties.
• Emergency Department serves around 67,000 patients annually.
• Specialty services include; Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, ENT, Orthopedic, Urology, General Surgery, Anesthesia, Psychiatry, Pediatrics and OB/GYN.
