Aafiyat Medical Centre – Kitchener is seeking a Family Physician to join our physician-led, patient-first medical centre located in downtown Kitchener near City Hall.

This role is suitable for physicians interested in building a sustainable family practice supported by strong operations, modern infrastructure, and flexibility in practice style.

Physicians retain clinical autonomy and determine their own pace, scheduling style, and mix of in-person, phone, and virtual visits (for rostered patients).

Compensation & Structure

• 0%* overhead until $300,000 annual take-home is achieved (introductory structure)
• Standard overhead 25%
• Optional $5,000 sign-on incentive for a 1-year commitment (Kitchener location)
• Phone and virtual visits supported for rostered patients
• After-hours care compensated through FHG structure
• Return of Service (ROS): Eligible

Qualifications

• CPSO-eligible or licensed Family Physician in Ontario
• Return of Service (ROS): Eligible
• CCFP or equivalent
• New graduates welcome
• Experienced physicians transferring a roster (additional incentives available)
• Interest in patient-centered, collaborative care
• UK-trained and international physicians welcome
