The Saskatchewan Health Authority, Moose Jaw is seeking a dynamic and committed family physician to provide services at Crescent View Clinic, which operates 365 days a year. The clinic is open 7 days a week from 09:30 to 19:00 and features physicians and nurse practitioners who provide medical care and treatment for urgent, non-life threatening health conditions.The successful candidate will be required to provide services weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays between the hours of 09:30 and 20:00 hours.Crescent View Clinic offers the following services:
• Urgent Care
• Home Care
• Laboratory
• Harm Reduction
• Mental Health and Addictions counselling, group services, depot clinic, Opiod Agonist Therapy clinicPhysician with Harm Reduction and/or Addiction Medicine interest would be preferred.

Relocation Package:
The successful candidate may be eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program (RPIP) which provides up to $200,000 over five years to family physicians practicing, or returning to practice, in rural and remote communities in Saskatchewan. Qualifications:
• Hold certification or be eligible for certification from The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)
• Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
• Hold ACLS/ATLS certificationIn accordance with Canadian Foreign Worker requirements, preference will be given to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada.The successful candidate will hold certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). Preference will be given to University of Saskatchewan graduates and individuals with strong ties to Saskatchewan. Candidates should be eligible for regular license though the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS). This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family-centered care. In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.The start date for this position is negotiable.
