Compensation will be commensurate with the level of training and experience and will comply with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician Agreement Compensation for Oncologic Imaging physicians. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. CCA Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Compensation will comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. The annual compensation will be calculated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician compensation grid for Radiation Oncologists ranging from Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training, and experience. • Annual Compensation is based on the contracted 210 Service days. • Note: The Oncologists are eligible for Additional Workload Compensation during the position’s vacancies in Cancer Care Alberta. An excellent remuneration package including relocation assistance is provided. Starting remuneration is commensurate with the level of fellowship training and experience. Remuneration range for a Pathologist in Alberta is $364,597.00 to $424,123.00 Candidates interviewed for this position may be considered for other positions.
