Kliniek on Main Primary Health Care Clinic in Moose Jaw is looking for one (1) - 1.0 FTE LOCUM family physicians to support their team. This modern, efficient Primary Care Clinic uses an electronic health record (Med Access) and provides a full continuum of family practice care from infancy through LTC. In addition, the team provides initial comprehensive assessments, care and follow up to Newcomers (government-assisted refugees). The Physician will also provide visiting services to nearby Central Butte’s Primary Care Clinic and integrated long term care facility.

Daily Rate: $1560-$1752 per 24-hour day. 4-step grid dependent on experience.

Accommodations: Provided.

Mileage: $0.51/KM for 1 return trip per locum assignment.

Travel Time: $20/hour for 1 return trip per locum assignment.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must hold a license or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan. Preference will be given to University of Saskatchewan graduates and individuals with strong ties to Saskatchewan. This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family-centered care. In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
