Family Physician Opportunity – Fanshawe Family Medical Centre (FHO)

Fanshawe Family Medical Centre is a multi-disciplinary medical building housing allied health and clinical services, currently home to 6 physicians operating under the FHO model. We seek an additional Family Physician to join our collaborative primary care team.

Position Summary

• Work as a rostered family physician under the FHO funding model.
• Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in the shared space.
• We use Telus PS Suite as our EMR. We have multiple exam rooms and offices available.
• We have an experienced management team, including a clinic manager and a billing manager, as well as experienced MOAs to fully support you.

• Located in a medical centre with additional health services and allied providers in the same building, promoting referrals and integrated care.
• Good visibility and accessibility off Fanshawe Park Road West. Lots of free parking.
• Positioned in a growing area of North London, with proximity to transit and local amenities.

• IS available.

Qualifications

• Licensed with CPSO (LMIA and C10 available for international applicants)

Overhead:

• 22.50% overhead on all OHIP billings
