Job Description
Jumkins Medical is a newly-established, modern family practice located in urban Toronto. The clinic is physician-led and purpose-built to support efficient, high-quality primary care delivery through modern infrastructure, streamlined workflows, and strong administrative support.
We are seeking a Family Physician (CCFP or equivalent) to join our growing practice. Full-time is preferred, though part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. Both new graduates and experienced physiciansare welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centred primary care in accordance with CPSO and CMPA standards
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Provide preventive care, health promotion, and patient education
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations and coordinate follow-up care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation using the clinic’s EMR system
- Collaborate effectively with administrative staff, allied health professionals, and pharmacy partners
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collegial, team-based care environment
- Provide supervision and mentorship as appropriate, particularly for early-career physicians or learners (where applicable)

Compensation & Practice Model
- Fee-for-Service model with a transparent split-based structure
- Estimated gross billings of approximately $275,000 – $400,000+ annually for full-time physicians, depending on clinical hours, patient mix, and billing practices
- Overhead and inclusions clearly defined and discussed upfront
- No mandatory call obligations
Candidate Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or equivalent
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy urban primary care setting
- Commitment to professional, ethical, and patient-focused care
