Verismo Health Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Physician to join our team at Lafleche Medical Clinic. We are working with the municipality, county and Ontario Health to develop a new clinic for a community in need.

In a fully furnished, well-equipped environment, you will have the resources you need to provide exceptional family medicine care to patients of all ages in Casselman and the surrounding Presscot-Russel community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.
• Deliver preventive care, health screening, counselling, and immunizations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans for patients across the lifespan.
• Manage patients with multiple comorbidities, coordinating care and referrals across specialties as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Collaborate with the clinic's medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license in the province of Ontario (CPSO).
• Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP or equivalent).
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
