Candidate Requirements

• Medical License: MD degree and licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Certification: Certification in Family Medicine from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) preferred. Equivalent certifications from the USA, UK, Ireland, or Australia are accepted.
• Clinical Skills: Strong comprehensive primary care skills with the ability to manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Language: Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.

Support and Onboarding

• Guidance and informational support for licensing and credentialing with CPSO and CFPC.
• Open to Canadian-trained and internationally trained physicians.
• Where applicable, clinics may pursue work permit pathways (employer-led, subject to government approval).
