Quinte Health – Belleville General Hospital (BGH) is seeking a full-time General Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our collegial and skilled team of six surgeons.

The successful candidate must hold RCPSC certification in Orthopaedic Surgery and be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). The applicant should have proficiency in primary hip and knee arthroplasty and trauma. Subspeciality training in foot and ankle and/or upper extremity will be strongly considered.

Practice Details:

• Operating Room: 5 elective OR days per month
• Fracture Clinic: 1 day per week, supported by experienced cast technicians
• Call: 1-in-6 rotation shared equitably among the group
• Support: Dedicated Orthopaedic nursing staff, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care teams, with 24/7 Radiology coverage including CT and MRI
• Remuneration: FFS and HOCC

Belleville General Hospital is a regional centre serving a population of over 200,000 across Southeastern Ontario. BGH offers a comprehensive range of medical and surgical subspecialties, an active Emergency Department, ICU, and full diagnostic imaging services.
