Family Physician / Walk-In Physician – Milton, Ontario

We are seeking Family Physicians to join a brand-new multidisciplinary medical clinic located in a busy and growing area of Milton, Ontario. The clinic is scheduled to open in October 2026 and has been designed to support a busy family medicine and walk-in practice.

The modern facility features 12 examination rooms and is conveniently located alongside an on-site pharmacy and physiotherapy practice, providing opportunities for collaborative patient care and internal referrals.

We are looking for physicians interested in establishing or growing a family practice, providing walk-in services, or a combination of both. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care and/or walk-in medical services
• Assess, diagnose and manage patients within the physician’s scope of practice
• Provide preventative care and chronic disease management as appropriate
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when required
• Maintain appropriate medical documentation and comply with CPSO standards and applicable Ontario requirements

Qualifications:

Applicants must be eligible for independent medical practice in Ontario and hold, or be eligible to obtain, appropriate registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.
