Job Description
Unique Family Physician Opportunity at Quaker Hill Medical
Being a Family Physician is tough. Let’s try to make it a bit easier.
Quaker Hill Medical, a 40-year community cornerstone clinic in Newmarket, is inviting up to 3 Family Physicians to join as founding physicians of our newly remodeled and rebranded practice. The clinic is professionally managed, fully staffed, and built to support physicians focused on long-term practice growth. This opportunity gives family physicians a chance to see patients and earn income under a managed and stable structure while they develop and grow until they are comfortable running an operation of their own. By working together, our goal is to provide high-quality community healthcare and help you build for the long-term.
Immediate Patients and FHO+ Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to step into an established clinic infrastructure as a early career physician and set up your FHO+ practice with full back-office support. Our clinic team handles all operational aspects allowing you to focus entirely on patient care from the moment you start. As you grow, you will receive guidance on clinic operations allowing you to establish your own independent practice.
Physicians can benefit from the new FHO+ model, including higher after-hours premiums, enhanced shadow billing, time-based compensation for indirect care, and substantial patient attachment bonuses.
Strong Referral Network
Our clinic’s multi-disciplinary group of health professionals include medical specialists and various allied health professionals creating a strong referral network. We are minutes from Southlake Regional Health Centre and other related resources.
Flexible Arrangement
Our clinic understands that everyone’s needs and objectives are different. We are happy to chat further on a flexible arrangement that can work for everyone.
