We are a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary group practice specializing in comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatments. Our focus on Neurodevelopmental Diversity means we provide diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of conditions, with a primary focus on ADHD, Autism and other Neurodevelopmental conditions. We are currently seeking a Family Physician with a keen interest in or experience with ADHD and/or Autism to join our dynamic team offering virtual, in-person, or hybrid services.
About You:
You are a compassionate and experienced Family Physician with a deep interest in ADHD, Autism and other related neurodevelopmental conditions. You are committed to providing expert assessments, diagnoses, and treatment while continuously enhancing your knowledge. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, working alongside professionals from Family Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, and Psychology to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. You are looking to expand your practice in a supportive, flexible work environment, with the option for full-time or part-time engagement.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Physician to provide assessments, treatment, and consultation services for individuals with ADHD and/or Autism. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Physicians, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care and treatment. This role offers flexibility with a combination of virtual, in-person, and hybrid service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for clients, particularly those with ADHD and/or Autism, including diagnostic evaluations and medical history reviews.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to review assessment results, discuss diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide feedback to clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
- Offer both short-term and long-term treatment options, including medication management, behavioral therapies, and counseling.
- Work alongside the assessment team to integrate findings into comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide care through secure virtual platforms when necessary, in addition to in-person or hybrid care models based on client preferences.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Offer support for social, emotional, and behavioral development through tailored interventions
- Participate in ongoing professional development, keeping up with the latest research and evidence-based treatments for ADHD.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree and a valid Family Physician license in Ontario (or eligibility for registration)
- A Focused Practice Designation provided by the Ministry of Health/OHIP
- Experience or strong interest in diagnosing and treating ADHD and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Comfort with working in a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
