Choice of LFP billing or NTP contract ($312K/year + bonuses) or Fee-for-Service; estimated earning potential $400K+/year; extended medical and dental coverage; relocation assistance (negotiable); immigration and licensure support.

Combination payment; may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including a 14% Retention Premium and a Retention Flat Fee of $21,696.
